All-Ukrainian public organization “Association of Judges of Ukraine” was held on April 20, 2017 in the premises of the Supreme Specialized Court of Ukraine for the consideration of civil and criminal cases, Moscow. Kyiv, Povitroflotsky Avenue 28, will hold a roundtable on the topic: “Discussion of draft procedural codes of the GPC, CASU and CPC”. Start of work at 10.00.

Vladislav Vladimirovich a Karpuntsov Valeriy Vitaliyovych, judges of the Supreme Specialized Court of Ukraine for Civil and Criminal Cases, judges of the Supreme Specialized Court of Ukraine for Civil and Criminal Cases, judges of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine, judges of appeal and district courts of the city. Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast, judges of Kyiv District Administrative Court.
The total number of participants of the round table is 30 people.
To summarize the proposals and comments of the draft procedural codes of the GPC, the CASU and the Code of Civil Procedure, which are received from the judicial community, a working group has been established, the completion of which is expected to be completed by April 28, 2017.
