Dear Ukrainians,

We warmly congratulate you on Constitution Day of Ukraine.

The Constitution is the Fundamental Law upon which our State is built. It establishes the core principles by which Ukraine exists as an independent, democratic and law-governed country. It defines our rights and freedoms, the relationship between the citizen and the State, and the principles of justice, responsibility and respect for human dignity.

These principles are our shared guarantee of equality, the rule of law, stability and a dignified life. They form the foundation that unites and protects us, while guiding the future we are building together.

On this day, we wish everyone peace, resilience, faith in our State, and confidence that justice and equality are not merely ideals, but values that we uphold together every day.
