On November 12-16, 2017, the 60th International Congress of the Association of Judges of the World was held in Santiago, Chile.

On November 6, 2017, a delegation of members of the Association of Judges of Ukraine took part in the Khmelnytsky Judicial Forum on the topic: “Council of Judges of Ukraine: Potential and Realities”, which was held by the Association for the Development of Judicial Self-Government of Ukraine with the support of the American people, provided through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Program “New Justice” and the project “Support for the Development of Judicial Self-Government” at Khmelnytsky University of Management and Law, Khmelnytsky Khmelnitsky.

According to the program “International Training Course for Judges, Lawyers, Human Rights Defenders” of the University of Wismar (Germany), a visit of the delegation of the Association of Judges of Ukraine took place from 9 to 13 October 2017.

The All-Ukrainian NGO “Association of Judges of Ukraine” together with the National School of Judges of Ukraine and the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ) held a two-day seminar on the topic: “Consideration of Cases by Courts on the Application of the Hague Convention on Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction”.

On May 26, 2017, members of the Association of Judges of Ukraine headed by the President of the Association of Judges of Ukraine Elena Ivanovna and judges of the Supreme Specialized Court of Ukraine for Civil and Criminal Cases, the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine, the Courts of Appeal of Ukraine, and the Courts of Appeal of Ukraine Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast, Administrative Court of Appeal of Kyiv Kyiv, Pechersk and Podolsk district courts of the city. In Kyiv, in order to exchange experience, they visited the Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky City District Court of Kyiv region.

On April 28-29, 2017, the International Scientific and Practical Conference on the topic: “On mutual exchange of experience on the evaluation of judges, mediation and justice in cases of minors” was held, signing the Memorandum of Association of Judges.

On April 20, 2017, in the premises of the Supreme Specialized Court of Ukraine for the consideration of civil and criminal cases of the NGO “Association of Judges of Ukraine held a round table on the topic: “Discussion of draft procedural codes of the Civil and Criminal Procedure Code”.
